Achievement hunters search for two things: the list, and which entries are missable. GK2 shipped with 38 Steam achievements and 39 PS5 trophies — and the verified answer to the missable question is: nothing is permanently missable, but one trophy is time-gated in a way that can add hours at the end. The Lists: 38 Achievements, 39 Trophies

• Steam: 38 achievements — roughly 20 story + 18 milestone.
• PS5: 39 trophies (25 bronze, 9 silver, 4 gold, 1 platinum) — the platinum is "Professional Keeper". The PS5 list has one extra entry over Steam, standard for the platform.
• Examples of the milestones: Home Sweet Tomb (graveyard quality 200), Necromancer (50 zombies), Merchants’ Best Friend (25 town orders, gold), The End of the Journey (finish the story, gold).

Are Any Missable? The Verified Answer

No achievement is flagged as permanently missable in any launch-guide — the story can be finished and cleanup continues on the same save. But the community singles out one real trap: Shepherd of Souls (hold 50 sermons) is time-gated. You cannot simply knock out 50 sermons instantly at the end — each takes real game time, so start them early and keep the queue full.

The Quiet Gotchas

• True Graveyard Keeper counts burials only — cremated bodies do not count toward it.
• Town orders must be claimed — completing them is not enough, the claim step is what registers.
• Urban Planner caps at 15 houses — plan the town expansion around the cap.

The 5 Hidden Achievements (Unconfirmed)

Five hidden achievements show no unlock text anywhere: An Unlikely Pair, Two Broken Souls, A Dangerous Romance, The Ancient One, The Other Keeper. Community wikis tentatively map four of them to quests (A Good Example Is the Best Sermon / I Love You, Man / Love Story / Friend or Foe), but no guide has confirmed the conditions. We list them as unconfirmed rather than guess.
